A notification a few days ahead, at the time you pick. Trials get their own reminder before the first real charge.

Set the notice period and Recur counts back to the last day you can still cancel without paying for another term.

It runs on your phone
Recur is a local app. That is not a setting you switch on, it is how it is built.
- No bank connection. You type in what you pay. Recur never sees an account.
- No account, no sign-up. Your subscriptions stay on the phone, in the app's own storage.
- One request, ever. Exchange rates, with your base currency code and nothing else, from the public Frankfurter API.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Google Play and RevenueCat handle the purchase if you buy Pro, and nothing else.
- A PIN lock that is free. Locking the app is not a paid feature. The PIN is salted and hashed on the device.

Questions
Does Recur read my bank account or my emails?
No. There is no bank link and no mailbox scanning. You add subscriptions yourself, which is also why nothing about your money leaves the phone.
What is free and what is Pro?
Free covers up to eight subscriptions with reminders, the calendar, the cancel windows and the app lock. Pro removes the limit and adds price history, the full insights, and CSV and JSON export.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
It is gone, because it was only ever on the phone. Back up as JSON before you switch phones and restore it on the new one.
Which currencies does it handle?
Pick a base currency and enter any subscription in its own. Recur converts with daily rates from the Frankfurter API and says which day the rates are from.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Recur is an Android app today.
